The Rest of Your Life is committed to spreading awareness and contributing to the ongoing fight against cancer that hundreds of thousands of young adults face when they wake up each day. Whether you are a current patient, in remission, a family member, or a friend, you know just how difficult this journey can be. We would be so grateful if you would like to donate to one of these causes below to help so many young adults through the rest of their lives.
To support, and ensure that your donation reaches the proper institutions, The Rest of Your Life has provided direct links below to causes that we support and that in turn directly support young adults facing cancer.
If you would prefer to contribute to cancer patients, and blood cancer patients like me in another way, please consider signing up for Be The Match. This organization is a bone marrow donor registry and helps match bone marrow donors with those in need of an allogenic bone marrow transplant. It can be incredibly difficult to find a match, so the more people in the database, the higher likelihood of finding a match. It is an easy way for you to save a life! All that is required of you is a simple buccal or cheek swab which is sent to you via mail by Be The Match. All you have to do is complete the test and return it. They prefer donors between the ages of 18-44 and it is completely free!
After you donate, please consider commenting below, anonymously or not, so we know the impact you are helping us achieve! All comments are sent to the site directly and will not appear thereafter.
